What we collect

We collect only what you send us yourself through the quote request form:

• name or company
• the kind of space to be lit
• town
• email address
• phone number
• date you have in mind (optional)
• free message (optional)

What it is used for

This data is used only to answer your quote request and to prepare the work that may follow. It is not used for marketing, and it is neither sold nor passed on.

The legal basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who can see it

Only the person running the business. Technically, your message passes through the following processors, and is put to no other use:

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for three years after the last contact, then deleted.

Cookies and storage

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Fonts, images and scripts are served from the domain itself: no connection is made to any third-party server while you browse.

One single item is kept in your browser (sessionStorage, key “psy-welcome”): it exists only so the entry animation does not replay during the same session. It is not personal data, it cannot identify you, and it disappears when you close the tab.

Your rights

You may at any time ask for access to your data, or for it to be corrected, erased or restricted, and you may object to its processing, by writing to berndpsycholights@proton.me. We answer within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may contact the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD) — www.cnpd.pt — or the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
